ICRAFT IMAGES - PROFILE

Raised across three continents my early life was one of diverse cultures and experiences. Found myself captivated by my fathers Yashica TL Electro X 35mm film camera, and unbeknown to me those early days of discovering what the exposure of light did to 35mm film, changed my life. Watching that image transform in the darkroom was Love at first sight ! This early exploration laid a foundation for my future leading me into the realms of image capturing. Growing up in South Africa my home, I joined the South African Commercial film industry and after a decade of immersive dedication I accepted the challenge, and started the journey as a commercial cinematographer flourishing into a prolific Director of Photography collaborating with amazing talented professional artists all over our tiny world. Married South African. Proud father of 3 sons !

Media Usage Rights – ICRAFT

All photographs, videos, and aerial drone footage created by ICRAFT (the “Photographer”) are protected by U.S. copyright law and remain the intellectual property of the Photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

License for Real Estate Listings: Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media solely for marketing the property identified at the time of the shoot. This includes: MLS listings, social media platforms, real estate websites (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.), print flyers or digital brochures, and agent/agency promotional use related to that specific listing.

Restrictions: Clients may not: alter the images/videos in a misleading way (e.g., removing structures or property lines); sell, sublicense, or distribute the media to third parties without written consent; or reuse media for future listings or other properties without a new license.

Builder / Designer / Commercial Use: If the media will be used by builders, interior designers, architects, or brands for portfolio, website, or long-term promotional use, a separate commercial usage license is required. Fees vary based on scope and duration.

Drone Footage: Aerial imagery is subject to FAA regulations. Clients are licensed to use delivered drone content under the same terms as above. Any third-party use or resale (e.g., to developers or publications) requires a written agreement.

Photographer’s Portfolio Rights: ICRAFT retains the right to use any images or videos for marketing, website, portfolio, and social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the shoot.
